THE CHALLENGE

Running a motion capture studio means coordinating estimates, bids, agreements, call sheets, shoot details, client selections, and production handoffs. The studio’s general manager wanted those tasks connected in one dependable system.
The biggest point of friction came after a shoot. Clients needed to choose which edits to use and understand how those selections changed the project cost, creating repeated rounds of messages and revised quotes.

The bid calculator gives the studio and client a clear view of line items, pricing, totals, and approvals.

Faster decisions after every shoot
When a shoot is complete, the results can be sent to the client for review. The client selects the exact seconds needed for each section and sees the cost update through the bid calculator.
Once the bid is complete, the app generates the proposal and contract for signature. The studio can move into production sooner, without waiting through repeated edit selections and revised quotes.
