OUR WORK / EVENT PLANNING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
From 1,300 event photos to The best 75 in seconds
A custom photo-selection app helped an event company reduce hours of post-event sorting while giving its photographers control over quality, style, and the final number of images.

THE CHALLENGE
The event was over, but hours of work remained
Event planners want to focus on creating memorable experiences, not spending hours managing spreadsheets, schedules, vendors, and post-event photography.
For one upcoming event, three photographers were expected to produce thousands of images. After the event, they would need to spend hours reviewing those photos to identify the final 75 images requested by the client.
The company needed a faster way to narrow the collection without giving up control over image quality or visual style
THE SOLUTION
A faster first pass through every photo.
-
The photographers upload hundreds or thousands of event photos into one application.
-
The team sets preferences for tone, sharpness, brightness, exposure, flash, visual style, and the number of final images needed.
-
The application reviews the collection and produces a focused group of the strongest images for the photographers and client.
INSIDE THE APP
Creative control without hours of manual sorting
The photography team remains in control of the selection criteria. Before processing begins, users can adjust the minimum quality standards, refine visual preferences, remove near-duplicate images, and choose how many final photos the application should return.
The app then applies those standards consistently across the complete photo collection. Instead of starting with more than a thousand images, the photographers begin their final review with a focused selection built around the needs of the event.
LET’S TALK
Where is repetitive work cutting into your margins?
If your team spends hours sorting, reviewing, or organizing the same type of information after every project, a focused custom application may be able to handle the first pass for you.
